Absolutely! We handle the setup and breakdown for you, included in the rental price. We just need 30 minutes to 1 hour to get everything perfect. Simply let us know your event time on the inquiry form, and we'll ensure everything is ready well before the party starts. Please note, pickup after dark hours will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour to cover the extra time and ensure the safety of our team.

We offer complimentary delivery within a 10-mile radius of 92108! For local deliveries within San Diego County, fees range from $25 to $100 on average. If you have any questions about delivery or need a specific estimate, feel free to email us directly with your event address.

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to secure your reservation. This ensures there's enough time to complete the deposit, execute our contract, and guarantees your bounce house will be reserved just for you!

Our bounce houses are designed for outdoor use and must be set up on flat surfaces—no rocks or gravel, please! Let’s keep the bouncing fun and safe for everyone.
We are fully licensed and insured, allowing us to set up at parks and event venues with ease. However, please check in advance to see if any permits or proof of insurance are required, as it's the responsibility of the event host to secure these documents.

Generators are only needed if there are no electrical outlets within 50 feet of the bounce house setup. We offer generator rentals for $75, with a maximum running time of 4 hours. Please keep this in mind when planning your event, and let us know if you need one to ensure a seamless and fun experience!

Deposits are non-refundable. For same-day cancellations, the deposit is forfeited. However, if you provide more than 72 hours' notice, we’re happy to reschedule your bounce house rental for another available date at no extra charge. You'll have up to 12 months from the original event date to reschedule, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. We’re dedicated to ensuring your event is a success, no matter what!

To secure your reservation date, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost. The remaining rental cost is due 24 hours before the event. If we don't receive payment confirmation by then, we may have to cancel your rental and retain the deposit. We’re excited to help make your event amazing and hassle-free!
